He has led the design and implementation of enterprise-wide defense strategies, including the development of Security Operations Centers (SOCs), deployment of SIEM solutions, and integration of advanced detection and incident response capabilities. With a focus on standardization, automation, and operational efficiency, Prathab drives initiatives that strengthen threat detection, incident response, and overall organizational resilience. His leadership combines technical depth with a strategic, results-driven approach to building and managing modern cyber defense programs.

Pius Thasan is a highly accomplished cybersecurity leader, leveraging over two decades of experience across cybersecurity, IT, and engineering. His career is marked by a deep commitment to building robust cybersecurity solutions and services, and then ensuring their effective implementation across a diverse client portfolio—from Fortune 50 companies and government agencies to small businesses. As a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership, Pius has guided countless organizations through complex risk landscapes. He is passionate about a balanced, three-pronged approach to security, focusing on the effective integration of technology, process, and people to ultimately reduce client risk and enhance their security posture.

Safeguarding digital environments and ensuring system integrity is the core mission of Breethicha, a cybersecurity professional with a passion for continuous improvement. Her hands-on approach to solving complex security challenges is built on practical knowledge of cybersecurity tools and practices, including vulnerability assessment, incident response, and threat analysis. With a strong academic foundation from her Computer Science degree, Breethicha bolsters her expertise through a growing list of industry certifications, such as the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate, Cribl Admin, AI SIEM (SentinelOne), and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals and Security, Compliance, and Identity.

A native of Hamilton, Ontario and graduate of McMaster University, Jim values the contribution of hard work and “straight talk strategy”. Jim views every plan with an executional eye. He combines high-level thinking with feet-on-street practicality. Jim brings a rich and diverse background of business development and operations to the table, having held senior positions with Diageo, News Marketing Canada, Mosaic and The Dairy Farmers of Canada. He has served in Vice President and Director level positions responsible for organizational performance and growth. As a marketing services and technology consultant, Jim has added value to brand launches and marketing deployments on behalf of General Mills, Shoppers Drug Mart, Procter and Gamble, Tim Hortons and Coca-Cola to name a few. Jim is particularly proud of his role in bringing the “Blue Cow” logo of The Dairy Farmers of Canada to market. Prior to his business career, Jim was a professional actor and singer having appeared on Broadway and touring North America in a featured role in Les Miserables. Jim has appeared on stages from the Caribbean to Anchorage Alaska and from New York City to Seattle Washington. Jim continues to keep his vocal cords warm singing with his hometown choral society.
